Stearman Lands Double Award

Richard Stearman has not only been named the Players Player of the Season, but also the Supporters Player of the Season as well, but this will mean little to him if Leicester are relegated to League One: ‘It’s nice to recognised by your peers but I’d gladly swap these trophies for a win at Stoke,’ Stearman is quoted on BBC Sport.

The Foxes must win their final match of the season to ensure they escape relegation, so although Stearman was pleased to win these Awards they will mean nothing if they are relegated, and rightly so.

With promotion chasing Stoke the opponent’s things couldn’t have been much tougher, but can the Foxes survive the drop?
