With one permanent transfer confirmed this week, Nigel Pearson is continuing to make his preparations ahead of Leicester’s return to the Championship. But who else has hopped onto the rumour mill?

May 27th: Kerrea Gilbert – The Arsenal right back spent the whole season on loan at the club, but is yet to make a permanent switch to the Walkers. Talk has been quiet surrounding the player, but this week it was suggested that the right back could still yet make a full return to join Nigel Pearson’s side.

May 28th: Dormushali Saidodzha – According to the Leicester Mercury, we’re apparently weighing up a bid for the 22-year-old striker from CSKA Sofia, the same club mercurial centre back Aleksander Tunchev was plucked from. The player is apparently known for his strength and aerial ability in Bulgaria, and it’s quite possible that Steve Walsh and co have returned to the capital to keep tabs on Saidodzha.

May 29th: Aviram Bruchian – Who, you ask? Yeah, we pretty much had that same idea too. Buy anyway, according to Israeli press the Beitar Jerusalem midfielder is contemplating a move to the Walkers Stadium. The player currently holds 7 full caps for the Israeli national side, and is also rumoured to have strong interest surrounding him from numerous English clubs. Even if our interest is true, we’d certainly face a strong battle for the player.

May 29th: Chris Weale – On Thursday we told you that the Bristol City goalkeeper would be joining, and the switch was confirmed on Friday. Weale became Pearson’s fourth signing of the summer, following Jack Hobbs, Wayne Brown and Robbie Neilson.
