Leicester will make approaches for Queens Park Rangers midfielders Akos Buzsaky and Hogan Ephraim, according to Sky Sports News.

New manager Paulo Sousa looks set to make enquiries about two of the players he managed at Loftus Road as he bids to bolster City’s squad before the new season.

Buzsaky was an almost ever-present for QPR last season, but was involved in a significant altercation with former-manager Jim Magilton after the team’s defeat away at Watford.

Magilton was suspended by the club as a result, and Buzsaky continued on.

With 12 goals for The R’s last season, the midfielder’s attacking threat is an attractive prospect to Sousa, who has been linked with a string of players so far.

Meanwhile winger Ephraim enjoyed a prolonged period in the QPR first team in the final few months of the season after spending a month on loan at Leeds in League One.

The exciting winger began his career at West Ham United as a trainee, but moved to West London as a result of his lack of first team opportunities at Upton Park.

And according to reports, Sousa is set to make concrete approaches for both players shortly.
