Leicester extended their unbeaten run to six league games after coming back from 1-0 down to get a point against Crystal Palace.

Leicester started the brighter of the two teams and it was only through some unconventional saves from Kiraly that Leicester didn`t take an early lead.

Although Leicester dominated the early proceedings it was Crystal Palace who broke the deadlock, due to some poor Leicester marking. From a Crystal Palace corner Leon Cort saw his header hit the cross bar. However, the ball kindly fell to Tom Soares who had enough time to bring the ball down, before smacking it into the back of the net.

The goal seemed to take Leicester by surprise and it took 5-10 minutes before they started to create chances again. Then in the 37th minutes Leicester managed to bring the scores level. Darren Ward was adjudged to have pulled back Elvis Hammond in the box for a Leicester penalty. Ian Hume stepped up to convert the penalty to make his tally 4 goals in 3 games.

There were chances for either team during the second half but in the end a draw was probably a fair result. The point means that Leicester are now unbeaten in the last 6 league games and continue to put points between themselves and the relegation zone.
