Manager Craig Levein has called for his players to keep their feet on the ground after Saturday’s win.

‘Our win at Watford only becomes important if we manage to double up tonight. Our focus is now on trying to get those three points. It is important that we don’t get carried away after Saturday’s win. But there is a fine line always to be drawn between taking confidence from a match and not getting too hyped up by one result. We will have to get that right. We need to understand why we won on Saturday and apply those principles to the Burnley match.’

‘Burnley are always well organised and they have one or two former players who may have a point to prove. That may make it a little more difficult. Akinbiyi is a threat. His goals already this season tell you that. So we are going to have to be good at the back again. No silly mistakes or errors can be afforded.

‘We will have to be solid and hopefully improve on our attacking play to create enough chances to allow us to win the game. Burnley will be difficult, I have no doubt about that. You don’t get anything in this league just because you wish for it. You have to actually prove it on the field, and it is not easy.’
