Sven-Goran Eriksson has confirmed that deadline day signing Jermaine Beckford will make his Leicester debut against Barnsley and he’s warned the club the player wants to get off to a flyer.
Speaking to the Leicester Mercury the manager said.
‘You can see he is a goalscorer and a very good buy. He has done five training sessions with us now and he has always scored goals. He has been very sharp in training, he is a threat all the time.’
Certainly the right attitude in training, let’s hope he can hit the ground running in matches.
