Nigel Pearson has said he was delighted with the character and attitude of the players as they came from behind in the game against Birmingham.

Speaking to lcfc.com after watching Leicester come out 3-2 winners after being a goal behind, Pearson said.

‘We created a few more chances today and I think the players that didn’t start and came on gave us a better response than they did at Derby. Over the course of the season we’ll need all the players to contribute when they get the chance, today it was a good effort by all.’

Pearson adds that he’s delighted with the three points, but he feels we could’ve made the game easier for ourselves but we wasted the chances we created in the first half which did frustrate him, but again he’s expecting more from our performances in games than we are showing at the moment – but results are going for us.
