Leicester City manager Claude Puel has given an injury update ahead of Friday’s clash with Sheffield United and Wed Morgan could return following his lengthy spell out.

We host Chris Wilder’s side at the King Power Stadium on Friday evening for the FA Cup fifth round tie, and meeting with the media this week the Frenchman told lcfc.com that it was possible Morgan would make a return to the squad, but striker Shinji Okazaki had been ruled out.

With Morgan last featuring for us in the New Year’s Day clash with Huddersfield Town where he picked up a hamstring injury, however Okazaki continued to miss out with a knee problem.

‘For Okazaki, he won`t be available. It`s too early. Morgan can perhaps come back in the squad. Just Okazaki is not available for this game. All the squad is ready.’

No doubt there will be plenty more from Puel shortly as it relates to the game itself, but for now I’ve spotted.

‘It will be a crucial game for us. I will pick a team to win the game, we want to get as far as we can in the FA Cup, of course. It will be a strong team like in the last rounds.’
