Derek Fazackerley has spoken of is delight at the Foxes capture of Lee Peltier, and the potential he sees in him.

Speaking the the Examiner Sven’s right hand man, and Peltier’s former first team coach talked about the thinking behind the move and how highly he rates the 24 year old fullback.

‘He’s a telented player who I know well, and at 24, there’s room for more improvement. We had problems fielding a consistent back four last season, and with little chance of bringing back Naughton, right back was a position we were keen to fill quickly. Peltier was identified as a target early on, and we’re delighted to have brought a very good player to the club.’

Hopefully later today will bring the first interview with Lee as the club hold his press conference later today somepoint.
