Neil Danns has admitted he turned down the chance to play in the Champions League for Rangers, but Leicester was the place for him.

Speaking to Sky Sports Danns admits he feels like he has unfinished business in the Premier League and as Leicester have a good shout at promotion next season that figured highly in his decision, ever though it means the European stage stays beyond his reach for the time being.

‘It was a massive decision for me to make, there was interest from both Celtic and Rangers and it was a great opportunity on offer, but I’ve always wanted to play in the Premier League and this club has the right set up and all the backing to get there. I’ve still got ambitions to get there so that was one of the main factors.’
