Nigel Pearson takes his Leicester side to Crystal Palace in tonight’s FA Cup third round replay.

The two sides played out a 0-0 draw at the Walkers Stadium two weeks ago and will now battle it out at Selhurst to determine who goes on to face Watford in the fourth round.

Leicester manager Nigel Pearson was in a buoyant mood before the match, declaring it was a match the Foxes definitely want to win.

Pearson: ‘It’s a good distraction for us and it is certainly a game that we will be taking very seriously’

‘We go into the match with a bit of confidence and hopefully we will win the tie. ‘I’m not looking to make many changes, but we will know a little more about who is available nearer the game’
.

Leicester winger Max Gradel could be pushing for a recall to the first team after making several recent substitute appearances, and could be in line to replace out of form winger Lloyd Dyer.

Former Fox Paddy McCarthy and fellow centre back Jose Fonte are both ruled out for Palace. Forwards Victor Moses and Sean Scannell set to start.

Leicester look set to be backed by a strong support this evening, with around 1,000 fans making the trip South to the capital.
