Back to back losses have seen Leicester once again slip the wrong way down the table. Although Leicester fans didn`t necessarily expect City to win both games, they still expected to see a better style of football then Leicester offered.
With this in mind the Leicester fans will be hoping that the players will put their poor performances behind them when they travel to Carrow Road tonight, to face a Norwich City side who are also struggling to live up to their fans expectations.
Norwich are currently lying in 13th position and are 4 points off the Play Off zone. However, the 3-1 defeat against their rivals Ipswich and conceding a last minute equaliser against Hull City on Saturday have led to the fans voicing their concerns.
It seems that both Leicester and Norwich have two types of team that turn up. One week its a team that convinces the fans that they can make the play offs and then the very next week its a team that doesn’t even look good enough to be in the Championship.
Leicester fans will just be hoping that a team who are capable of creating chances will turn up against Norwich, rather then the defensive one which played against Derby.
Norwich City Team News:
With Paul Gallagher struggling with an ankle injury, Lee Camp is expected to make his first appearance for Norwich since joining on loan from Derby County.
According to Vital Norwich Luke Chadwick and Lee Croft will also be unavailable for the game due to injuries.
Player to watch: Rob Earnshaw
Rob Earnshaw is a Premiership striker and if Norwich are still outside the play off zone come the January transfer window, some Premiership clubs might make an offer for the quick Welsh international.
The Leicester defence have failed to keep a clean sheet in their last 11 games and if they want to keep one tonight, they will have to make sure that Earnshaw is kept quiet.
Leicester City Team News:
Although Leicester do not have any fresh injury worries, they will still be without Darren Kenton, Gareth Williams and Andy Johnson for the game against Norwich.
Player to watch: Ian Hume
The last two games have seen Leicester struggle to put the ball in the back of the net and Leicester fans will be hoping that Ian Hume can add to his 7 goals so far this season, to give Leicester a chance of picking up all three points.
