Paul Konchesky has said that the squad has to be on top form because our new manager could be watching at any time and starting to make judgments about the players.

Speaking to lcfc.com Konchesky said of the building speculation about how would be the new man in the hotseat that eyes will be on the team, and he thought the performance against Burnley was the perfect start to that.

‘You never know if a new manager is watching because there is so much talk about who might be coming in. Everyone knows there will be people watching, so it’s important to do well for yourself and the team and I thought everyone did that at Burnley.’
