The 36 year old defender made four Premier League appearances for Leicester in 2015/16 as we lifted the Premier League crown, and the deal offered sees him sign his third successive one year deal keeping him at the club following his arrival at the club from Anderlecht back in 2013.

He will continue to provide back up to Wes Morgan and Robert Huth, and it’s said that Spanish centre half Luis Hernandez is still expected to join the club to bolster competition further with the Champions League campaign on the horizon for the new season as well.
