Darius Vassell has urged his team mates to ignore the expectation surrounding Leicester City this season and just focus on playing their game.

Speaking to lcfc.com the former England international striker admitted that the camp had become a little tense given the start to our season but insists the players have to relax and just do what they know they can on the pitch.

‘There was a tension because in games we let victory slip, the sooner we start to limit the mistakes we’ve been making, the sooner we’ll start to win games more comfortable. We’d prefer to win comfortably than win them as we did against Southampton but the way we’re perceived has changed, and we have to try to not worry about that so much. We’re all good players, we believe in our abilities, we just need to prove to everybody that we should be up there.’
