Three in, and maybe more to follow

By signing Michael Morrison, Lloyd Dyer and Nicky Adams this week Nigel Pearson completed his first signings since being named the new Leicester gaffer.

Although Pearson isn’t saying this will happen, as he told lcfc.co.uk he isn’t ruling out the chance of more arriving before the season begins ‘They are not household names, but what you will see from these players is that they are very ambitious and they are giving themselves a chance to make their name.
‘I am not ruling anything out. It’s about getting the balance of the squad right and we are looking at doing that.’

Further signings are required, so hopefully Milan Mandaric will give him some more money to spend in order to bring others in. Those that have arrived wouldn’t have cost that much to sign as the tribunal fees shouldn’t be that high and we have sold plenty of players, generating a fair amount of money as a result.

You will love Lloyd Dyer, one of the key players in MK Dons successful season last year and a big loss to us.

  • Filbert Fox says:

I’m beginning to think that Dyer is an even better signing than I had hoped. I’m surprised that he wasn’t offered more than a one-year contract with MK Dons? If he was then he may well have stayed there?
