Sven Confirms Owen Hargreaves Interest
Sven-Goran Eriksson has confirmed that he has spoken to the players agent, but talks have gone no further than that.
Speaking to the BBC Eriksson confirmed his interest in the 30 year old ex Manchester United player by saying.
‘I’ve spoken to the agent now, it depends totally on Owen. I don’t know if he is fit or if he wants to play, if he wants to speak to us, we are more than willing. I have always said if he’s fit, Owen is a great player.’
It appears West Bromwich Albion may have also made contact with his agent over a potential move, so it’s a case of wait and see again on this one.
