Craig Shakespeare, the new joint Leicester Assistant Manager, believes that the pre-season tour of Slovenia is going to play a major factor in our season and is an essential part of the team spirit building.

If these types of things are conducted properly, which you would hope this weeklong trip will be, speaking from experience Shakespeare knows how beneficial they can be.

Being as part of a squad 24-hours a day can aid team bonding and help develop relationships between new teammates. Of course if it isn’t conducted properly it can have the opposite effect, as being together all day everyday could drive people mad, but hopefully as Shakespeare had said it will be done correctly for us to reap the full benefits of it.
