Schmeichel Looking Forward To Monaco Test

Kasper Schmeichel has said he’s delighted to be back in training and amongst the games now after being given additional time off following his international commitments.

Speaking to lcfc.com after making his game return in the friendly against Port Vale, the goalkeeper explained.

‘I’m looking forward to Monaco. It’s a great test for us. They’ve been busy in the transfer market, so it’ll be interesting to play against them and I think everyone is looking forward to it. We’re looking forward to the season, it’s been a long time since I played in Leicester, it’s good to be back and I can’t wait for the season to start now.’
