Huddersfield Town have accepted an undisclosed (but reported £750,000) offer from Leicester for right back Lee Peltier.
The 24 year old is said to have passed a medical and agreed a 3 year deal with the club, which could see the transfer fee rise to more than £1m if certain conditions are reached.
Huddersfield’s boss Lee Clark told the Examiner.
‘He has been fantastic for me and I think he is a Premier League footballer in the making. When players perform well opportunities will open up for them and I understand that he wants to play at the highest possible level. He will always be welcome back.’
