Nigel Pearson described today’s match against Millwall as a ‘good opportunity missed’ as we gained nothing from the game.

Speaking to lcfc.com after Millwall took all 3 points, Pearson said.

‘That was a good opportunity missed today. In the first half we caused them quite a few problems, we were unlucky with a few situations that didn’t fall for us. But we conceded a poor goal from a free kick in our own half where we haven’t tracked runners. That’s what I was most disappointed with. We should’ve got something out of the game. You don’t get many better opportunities to come away with three points than we did today.’
