Outstanding Arsenal Fixture Rearranged

|

Leicester City’s clash with Arsenal on home soil has now been rearranged in the fixture calendar following its earlier postponement.

The game at the King Power Stadium had originally been scheduled for March but it had to be postponed owing to our involvement in the FA Cup with that competition taking precedence in the fixture list. Following discussions between both clubs and the Premier League a new date has now been agreed upon – with the caveat that all games continue to be subject to change.

The match therefore becomes our penultimate challenge of the campaign and we host Arsene Wenger’s side on Wednesday May 9 with the game kicking off at 7.45pm.

Depending on how the run in goes for Leicester, we sit currently eight points behind Arsenal in the Premier League table, the game may well have merit money riding on the final result as we look to see if we can work ourselves into the Europa League this season.
