David Nugent has said that the club haven’t given up on a top two finish this season despite our hiccups along the way.

Speaking to the BBC the striker said that the team were still confident of automatic promotion but they know they have to get the results to back that up.

‘We’re aiming for the top two. There are four games over Christmas and if we win all four it’s all to play for.’

It’s the right aim still, there are enough games left, but those games need to become points and we need that run of back to back wins.
