Matt Mills has said he harbours no ill feelings about his time at Leicester or against Nigel Pearson.

After signing a 3 year contract at Bolton earlier in the week, he told the Leicester Mercury that he held no bad feeling to either the club or the manager, and it’s just something that happens in football.

‘The manager took over and kept me on as club captain and I played under him, so I don’t think there was an issue. He’s had different ideas and brought in different players and I understand it. That’s football, I respect that and I don’t have a problem with it.’

Good comments from Mills really, shame it didn’t work out but he is right, that’s football.
