Leicester City are back in action after the international break as they travel to Scunthorpe.
Manager Gary Megson hit the headlines this week with rumours that Bolton have approached him regarding the vacancy at The Reebok.
Megson will be hoping City can pick up where they left of after gaining their first away win of the season at Sheffield Wednesday two weeks ago.
Regarding the approach for Bolton Megson maintains his is focussed on the game at Scunthorpe but stops short of ruling himself out.
‘It didn’t make any difference to me. It was about me but didn’t involve me. It was about another club ringing this one up and that is just by-the-by as far as I am concerned.
‘My preparation has been the same as it was going to be and I was thinking about nothing other than being at Glanford Park for the game.’
Scunthorpe have fit again Martin Paterson and on loan Ben May to choose from in attack.
A fit again Paterson will be hoping to add to his 4 league goals in this match
Joe Mattock is a doubt and Andy King is out for two weeks after picking up injuries whilst on international duty.
Captain Stephen Clemence is fit again and is the natural replacement for King.
City’s captain is back for injury and will be hoping to be able to create more chances for the strikers.
City play:
Sheff Utd (H) on Tuesday and
Barnsley (H) on Saturday
