After returning from his latest International stint, Andy King has said he has to keep focused on playing well for Leicester, and then Welsh caps will follow.

Speaking to lcfc.com after winning his 15th cap in Wales 2- win over Austria, the 24 year old said International football was helping him to improve as a player, but he knows he has to keep playing well for us if he wants more chances.

‘As long as I keep playing well at Leicester, which I’ve always said is my main concern, I’m sure that will bring international honours. Especially with our chance of going up this season, it can push me on even further.’

King’s eyes are now on our next league encounter against Peterborough, and he knows it will be a tough game.

‘They play really good football, but we’re capable of taking all three points.’

They’d be very welcome indeed as well!
