Kasper Schmeichel has said that he believes the squad’s spirit has been key to our five match winning streak.

Speaking to lcfc.com the 26 year old said that the spirit within the camp now hasn’t always been there, but that fans can see how much the players care by how hard they battle on the pitch.

‘We stuck at it and maybe previously in the last season we probably wouldn’t have got the win, but that’s just a testament to the quality and attitude that we’ve got now. It’s both the team spirit and the attitude of the players. They say losing becomes a habit, but so does winning and we’ve got to keep going.’

Kasper also adds that individual he thinks the quality within the camp is top class, but now we are really pulling together, fighting for each other we are now definitely showing our class as a team.

We’re definitely on a good run, and long may it continue. Wolves is a good example of taking maximum points from tough games, and it is something we’ve failed to do before.
