Leicester’s Australian midfielder James Wesolowski has been ruled out of action for 6 weeks following his injury during the match with Forest.
Wesolowski lasted just 19 minutes of the Carling Cup clash before being substituted by James Chambers.
The news will come as a blow to new manager Gary Megson with Wesolowski being ever present this season starting 7 games.
The young midfielder has suffered a number of injuries through his career including breaking his leg twice.
Gary Megson told the BBC ‘He has had a scan and it is a bad pull. It could be four to six weeks.
‘It’s bad news for us and him. His career has been blighted by injuries but he’s a tough lad and will be back.’

What do you think about this move? Will this force Megson into the transfer market for a replacement on loan or do we have enough depth in the squad currently? How much will Wesolowski be missed?
