Nigel Pearson has acted quickly to bring in his second player ahead of Leicester’s season back in the Championship. Wayne Brown has made his loan move from Hull permanent, signing a two-year contract with the Foxes, as revealed by Vital Leicester last Wednesday.
Brown joined Leicester from the Tigers back in January with a view to a permanent deal, and his consistent performances have persuaded Pearson to make his move.
Brown: ‘I am obviously delighted to have made the move permanent. Leicester City are a big club with an ambitious chairman, a good manager and a massive fanbase’.
Brown becomes Pearson’s second capture following the permanent signing of Liverpool’s Jack Hobbs on Friday.
